Advent 2020 is The Fulfilling Time—below are some of the ways we’re fulfilling this time in community. You’re warmly invited to participate.

Weekly Advent Online Worship
You’re invited to our Facebook page every Sunday at 10AM (ET) to participate in live worship. We aim to provide an online worship experience that’s spiritually fulfilling—not just filling.
Can’t participate live at 10? The sermon text and video clips will be posted here starting Sunday afternoon.

Weekly KidZoom for Children
You and your children are invited to gather on Sundays at 9AM (ET) on Zoom to connect with God and with each other (PJs and breakfast welcome). Contact Martha Randy, our Family and Youth Ministries Coordinator, for the Zoom link.

Advent Starter Kits
Our families with children have received one of these kits to use as a home worship space throughout Advent. You can make one, too (or share the idea with someone else)—just download the starter kit info here.

Christmas Eve for Families
Families with children are invited to a cozy, interactive worship time on Zoom at 4PM (ET) on December 24. Please RSVP so we can send you the Zoom link and interactive story kit for your children.

Christmas Eve Worship with carols, candlelight and communion
You’ll find the pre-recorded video of this worship experience on our website from 5PM on Christmas Eve. You can also tune in via Facebook Live at 8:50PM for Christmas wishes with Rev. Elisabeth, and then stay on for a watch party of the video at 9PM.

All-Ages Epiphany Party
On January 6, 2021, you’re invited to gather with us on Zoom to celebrate the arrival of the Magi! Tune in at 10:30 for Part 1, or at 3:30 for Part 2—or both—to learn about Epiphany traditions, make crafts and even bake a cake! RSVP for the Zoom link.

“Blue Christmas/ Noël Bleu”
December 16 at 7:30 (ET)
Please sign up here to receive the access information for this event.
A collaboration of the West Island United Churches and ORA, Loss & Living Program, this online gathering offers a time to enter into a space for grief and hope.
