Because we’re looking for a specialist in these areas to help us take our online offerings to the next level!
This specialist will work with our Communications Coordinator and team to assess our current communication plan and library of media assets, develop new assets (graphics, video, images, messaging), and ensure they are deployed across the appropriate channels and platforms.
The ideal candidate has a CEGEP diploma, or is enrolled in a University undergraduate program, in communications and/or information sciences, with focus on digital media.
They should be knowledgeable about the tools (e.g., graphics, video editing) used to produce the media and to publish it (podcast and video hosting platforms), as well as best practices for managementof the assets and trainingothers in this area.
The position is a full-time position running for eight weeks, starting in late May or early June, and is offered in conjunction with Canada Summer Jobs, a Youth Employment and Skills program from Employment and Services Canada.
