This week’s Lent in Plain Sight object is inspired by Ash Wednesday’s reminder that we are mortal, formed from the dust of the earth, and by Jesus’ 40 days in the desert sands.
Our object is “DUST.”
Some questions to consider as we begin this first week of our Lenten journey:
How will we care for the land and soil?
What might the dust/earth teach us about being a creature?
How does thinking about our mortality shape the way we live?
