🌾 Creation-tide ends today, appropriately, with the celebration of Thanksgiving. We hear Moses’ wise words given as the people prepare to enter the land of promise. How do we need to hear these ancient words for a new era of reconciliation with indigenous peoples and lands?
🍇 We’ll also celebrate, give thanks, and share in the sacrament of communion to which ALL are invited. Online participants will want to have their "elements" at the ready—normally that would be some bread and a cup of grape juice, or wine, but it can be whatever you have at hand to enable you to experience Christ's hospitality and welcome at the banquet table of God's love and healing grace.
đź–Ť For families with children: We'll be staying all together for worship today. Children can expect an invitation from RevE to participate in the Gathering Prayer and the chance to share in communion. There will also be quiet activities prepared in the Family Pray Space (near the back, around the blue table).
