This is an all-ages worship celebration including a palm parade.
We are nearing the end of our Lenten Season as today’s worship begins with the exuberanceof a parade, and ends with the crucifixion of Jesus. Onsite worshippers are invited to participate as we portray the events of this Holy Week. Online worshippers can also use their physical space to “join the parade” and other “scenes” in this unfolding tragic drama
Worship begins at 9:55 AM (ET) onsite and online. Wherever you'll be participating, we encourage you to prepare something in advance to represent a palm. It could be a branch from your yard, a leaf, a scarf, a fan, a paper palm--whatever you wish. Whatever you would wave at an impromptu parade! You can download a paper palm here.
We’ll be staying together for worship to share in the palm parade so if you’ll be onsite with your children, feel free to participate however feels best. In the Family Pray Space at the back of the sanctuary, you’ll find a comfortable space with quiet activities, chairs, floor cushions and a rocking chair.
