Community Compass focus: Worship and spiritual life
For any faith community patterns of worship lie at the core (the heart) of the community’s life, work, and witness. Worship and spiritual practices and discipleship connect us with God, who nourishes and challenges us to shape our collective and individual lives in ways that reflect God’s Dream for Creation.
Spiritual life/discipleship teaches us how to follow Jesus’ Way of living God’s Dream in our time and place…
Onsite, families with children are invited to the Family Pray Space, a sensory-friendly activity space for parents and kids of all kinds. We’ll head outside partway through the service to experience the holy in our outdoor spaces.
You’re warmly invited to stay after worship for lemonade and Connection Time.
NOTE: This is our last onsite gathering as Cedar Park United until August 25. Beginning next Sunday, we’re invited to worship with the communities of WIRUC, starting at Riverside United Church in Rosemère.
