My “go-to” method that helps me cope with life’s stresses

Come prepared to share how you cope with the stresses in your life.Before you connect, write down one coping mechanism that is your “go-to” thing (perhaps prayer, tapping, Reiki, Healing Pathway on self, therapy, Theta healing, coffee with a friend, etc.).

We'll gather in the Zoom room at 7:15 to meet and greet and check in, and we'll begin at 7:30. For more information, contact Pat: patriciajones@sympatico.ca.
