Easter isn’t just a day with chocolate and bunnies, it is a season. It is also an attitude, or way of living. This way of living proclaims, over and over again, that life and love arise repeatedly from the tombs of death, despair and doubt. Today’s Scriptures portray the very beginning of this new way to live, as disciples of a Risen Christ.

Families with children are invited to the Family Pray Space at the back of the sanctuary. This is a sensory-friendly place where parents and children of all kinds can experience worship togetether—there are quiet activities, floor cushions, a beanbag and a rocking chair. Children’s Worship for children of all ages will happen partway through the service and we will be going outside to look for signs of new life—as resurrection detectives!
