We acknowledge that our church building and our homes are located on ancient lands carved by ice, and water, populated by a diverse abundance of God’s creatures, and that, for thousands of years, these waterways and lands have sustained the First Nations of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy.

We acknowledge that, as descendants of successive waves of colonizers, immigrants, refuge-seekers, and asylum seekers, we have a sacred task in our generation to repair relationships between first and settler people, and to work together to heal trust, and the land, for the sake of God’s Dream of an abundant, just, peaceful and good Earth, one home for ALL our relations.
